FAQ

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our turnaround (dispatch) time is 7-14 working days from payment received.  Please note that working days do not include bank holidays or weekends, and allow 14 working  days to receive your dispatch email before chasing up your order status.

In the majority of cases orders are dispatched before 14 working days, as it covers busy periods.

We post UK orders using Royal Mail, signed for. This usually takes 2-3 working days, and requires a signature on delivery. We hold no responsibility over Royal Mail delays. Proof of postage is always obtained. 

International orders are posted using International Standard. This is not a trackable service - if you would like to upgrade to a fully tracked service, please contact us prior to ordering.

 

I need my order sooner than stated turnaround, is that possible?

Yes, we will always do our best to meet your timescale! Please send us a message before placing your order. We do not charge any extra for rush orders either.

 

I have missed my delivery, what should I do?

You can arrange re delivery online via the Royal Mail website. We are unable to do this on your behalf. Further information can be found here: https://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redelivery/ 

If you request a re delivery ensure you have received a confirmation email. If in any doubt, contact Royal Mail quoting your tracking number or reference number (which was emailed to you, or is on the red slip which they will leave). 

If your parcel is not collected or redelivered and is returned to us, additional postage costs will incur to re-send. 

 

I have an existing order - can I add to it to save on postage?

Yes, please contact us for a free or reduced shipping code. Please note that this may add time onto dispatch - depending on how many bows you are adding.

 

I would like a bow/headband to match an outfit or for a special occasion - is this possible?

Please Note

We are unable to accept cancellations to orders. This is due to the bespoke nature of our products - often we have to order in materials to fulfill orders on a case-by-case basis.

Returns need to be received within fourteen days of receipt - they need to be in unused condition in original packaging. Any loss of value will be deducted from the refund amount, and refunds for non-faulty items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Postage is non refundable.

If you have any problems with your order or any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting us at MissZaraRose@gmail.com. In the unlikely event you have a problem with your order, we will happily send replacements once the faulty item has been returned to us.

Please send any returns using a trackable service. We cannot be responsible for un tracked lost post.

In the event your orders arrival is delayed, after 15 working days we are able to report it as lost (for UK orders) and send out replacements.
